These terms apply when you use this website or order NEXELTRON products from NEXELTRON NETWORK, marketed by Chawla Auto Components, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand.
Prices
Prices shown are MRP in Indian Rupees and include GST. Prices and specifications may change without notice. The price confirmed by our team at the time of order is final. Dealer prices are shared privately.
Orders and payment
An order placed on this website is a request. It is confirmed only after our team calls you and confirms stock, price, delivery and payment terms. No online payment is taken on this website.
Delivery
Delivery time and charges, if any, are agreed when your order is confirmed. Please check the package when you receive it and tell us about any transit damage as soon as possible.
Warranty
NEXELTRON products carry a 1-year certified warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, burning from wrong wiring or input power, water damage, or tampering. You can check warranty status on our warranty page. Approved warranty units are repaired or replaced.
Use of products
Products should be installed by a qualified installer as per the instructions. Our responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under warranty.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of U.S. Nagar, Uttarakhand. For questions, call 1800 180 4044, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
